Business Development
Pursuant to the corporate philosophy of Precision a strong and structured business plan and execution team must be in place for success of the project. Precisions phased approach is vital to preparing companies for funding and merger and acquisition plans. The majority of small and midsize companies either are not valued correctly or overvalued making it extremely hard to attract capital or quality management and board members. The business development service is offered as a separate product line and can be used for both private and public transaction preparation.
First phase is the initial fact finding phase. Called Phase I: Review of Strategic Initiatives. At this stage we review all the corporate legal and accounting documentation, compile monthly operating budgets, assess short term capital needs, identify key priorities and select suitable strategies, and compile a strategic business plan.
Second Phase is the preparation for financing. Called Phase II: Private Placement Preparation. At this stage we compile a detailed financial forecast, structure terms of the offering, compile due diligence materials, compile subscription documentation for financing, and formulate a marketing strategy. At this stage we would review and implement board of directors if required.
Third Phase is a Marketing phase. Called Phase III: Marketing Strategy. This stage is different for each company and is a separate contract based on performance. During this phase Precision would take on the role of lead marketing agent and help to provide the company with qualified leads. Precision would also help the company to establish qualified Sales Professionals.
The Fourth and final Phase is raising of capital. Called Phase IV: Private Placement. At this stage Precision would finalize all the finance marketing strategies made up to this point. Undertake steps to find financing for the company. Precision would work with company through all the steps necessary until the target $ amount has been reached and the financing can be closed. Again this portion of the agreement is a separate contract based on performance.
