Precision Capital Partners Inc. was founded in 2002 by the companies’ president David L. Brough. Mr. Brough specializes in business development, corporate funding, investor, and public relations. What makes Precision Capital unique is that its primary focus is business development. Unlike the many venture capital firms that exist today, we at Precision Capital believe that funding is only one element of a well designed and executed business plan. As a corporation we strategize, implement, and in key situations participate on the management teams and board of directors in the companies we fund. A key example of this is Earth Energy Resources Inc. where Mr. Brough served as the Founder, CEO, and Director from 2003-2006. With Earth Energy we developed a business plan using US oil sands and a smaller scale extraction unit along with a catalytic formula. The plan was to use shallow, more economic oil deposits with the over burden ranging between ten to thirty feet in the State of Utah. The founders at Earth Energy, including Kevin Ophus the inventor of the Ophus Process, sought out and secured oil sand deposits in the State of Utah. A total of 11 million dollars was raised for the project and was used to develop the field units, secure patents, and purchase land rights. The company has attracted an experienced and elite level of management and board of directors. Earth Energy most recently became the only company to produce oil from the US oil sands while recycling its water and removing the hydrocarbons from the sand, thus, making it ready for immediate reclamation. With the strength of Earth Energy’s current management team and pursuant to the business plan, Mr. Brough no longer sits as director or officer of the company

Precision continues to attract top level management and board members for their projects as well as providing Canada with its first ever private health care insurance provider IAP Wait list insurance. Mr. Brough previously sat as a director and advisor to the product line, while Precision holds a master contract for insurance sales in Canada.
